We process monthly, We are currently booking 3 months out for Quarters, Half and Whole cows. Orders are usually ready mid to end of the month. We will contact you for a cut sheet
MEAT PACKS
We try and deliver meat packs twice a month subject to availability.

We will email group email for all orders with the schedule/Dates/Times
Hanging weight are emailed individually.
